DAY 1

Jungle, river & a valley evening

07:30

Pickup at your Chiang Mai hotel and drive up to our riverside base camp in Mae Taeng.

MORNING

Jungle trek — 3.5 km round trip through real forest to an 11-metre waterfall, with a local guide who knows every stream crossing.

LUNCH

Home-cooked Thai lunch back at the base camp.

AFTERNOON

River tubing on the Mae Taeng — life jackets on, tubes tied together, guide on the water — finishing at the SaGee Waterfall natural rock slide.

OPTIONAL

Elephant observation (+฿500/person) — watch elephants living free along the riverbank from a respectful distance. Observe only: no riding, no feeding, no shows.

EVENING

Check in at Huay Kub Kab the Villa, five minutes from camp. Dinner at 18:00, then the pool, the stars and a very quiet valley.

DAY 2

Slow morning, easy ride home

Breakfast at the villa — no alarm-clock schedule, no activities to rush to.

09:00–09:30

Checkout whenever you’re ready in that window.

~11:00

Back in Chiang Mai city, in time for lunch.

👟 Footwear: this trip includes the jungle trek, so trekking shoes or Teva-style sport sandals are the one thing worth packing — the trail crosses a stream several times. Everything else? Swimwear, a change of clothes, and we handle the rest.
